The customer register is located in Germany in the secure database platform of the MongoDB Atlas service, and the files are in Amazon S3. Only those persons who need the information to perform their work duties are entitled to use the information in the register. Appropriate technical and organizational measures protect the register.

Data retention period

The customer's data is stored as long as the customer relationship is valid. Once the order is completed, we will remove your data from the register within a reasonable time. However, information is stored longer if it is necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Rights of the registrant

The registered person has the right to receive information about the processing of personal data concerning him, to request the correction and deletion of incorrect data, to limit the processing of data, and to object to data processing for marketing purposes. The registered person also has the right to transfer the data from one system to another.
